HR/Recruiting Coordinator

This is a temporary full-time need and we are forecasting an assignment length of at least 3 months but more likely looking at 6 months.
The Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with the recruiting function in managing and organizing recruiting activities and attracting high performing talent to the organization. This position assists with full cycle recruitment for all of the Company's hourly staffing requirements with a primary focus on various levels of production hires consisting of assemblers, machine operators, compounders, engineers, technicians etc.
Day to day responsibilities:
' Review resumes and recommend or deny interview
' Communicate interview decisions and schedule
' Create requisition for offers
' Create and share hourly offer sheets
' Verbally communicate offers
' Provide candidate prescreening updates to team
' Establish and communicate start date
' Assist with pre-employment onboarding tasks
' Miscellaneous follow up items with new hires


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
