Job Description:
As an Apprentice at Sweet Kiddles, you will be an integral part of our dedicated team, assisting in providing a safe, engaging, and loving environment for children.
No prior experience is necessary - all that is required is a genuine love for working with kids and a desire to learn and grow within the childcare field.
This position requires one week of paid training at our corporate office in Independence the week prior to your start date.
Responsibilities:
Assist experienced childcare professionals in daily activities and routines Engage children in developmentally appropriate play and activities Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for children to thrive Collaborate with the team to create a stimulating and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications:
Passion for working with children Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to take direction and learn on the job Enthusiastic and positive attitude Must have a high school diploma or GED to apply
