Manage time, members and project accordingly in a fast paced work environment.
Report to supervisor about progress of specific project.
Ability to meet project deadlines.
Time management skills.
Strict attention to detail.
Ability to read project blueprints and sketches.
Ability to use project management software.
Project accountability is a must.
Responsible to get in front of problems to ensure deadlines are met.
Able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
without assistance & stand for long periods of time.
Team player.
Punctuality is a must.
Able to pass a drug test.
Understanding of how to use a tape measure, safely handling, and knowing construction tools and equipment.
Willing to learn and follow instructions; Total Restore process must be followed.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Able to pass a background check.
Clean driving record.
Critical Thinking and Problem-solving is the fastest way to a promotion.

Demolition Ability to understand project and plan accordingly Subfloor installation Tile Installation Vinyl Plank Installation Hardwood Installation Carpentry (cut/install all woodwork) Framing Drywall:
hang and finish Insulation Prime and Paint Skim Coat Install bathroom/kitchen/basement hardware and fixtures Ability to install cabinets, vanity, toilet, bathtub, sink, faucet, mirror, light fixture Ability to install or create custom shower base/pan, shower walls, waterproof Ability to read cabinet layout Hang doors/windows Fine carpentry Shower glass door/enclosure install Install countertop Note:
