9K a year Essential Duties:
Effectively use shop packages to include, but not limited to, manufacturing orders, bills of materials, routings, part prints, job layouts and quality alerts.
To ensure that only gages and tools that are used are within calibration dates.
Call out programs based on part number Positions and secures tools in tool holders.
Sets /check/ adjust cutting speeds and feed rates.
Moves controls to cycle machine through settings, stopping machine and adjusting tool positions and machine controls to allow for operating factors such as timing, clearance between moving parts, and chip removal.
Starts machine, observes operation, and inspects first run and sample work piece to ensure machining conforms to specifications and document Turn in conforming parts of 1st pc.
inspection to quality department Check parts on assigned intervals and document Follow 2 pan system procedures Wash parts by machine Replaces worn tools.
To Set up and operate multiple machines simultaneously as required by the routing.
Request raw materials in a timely manner as needed for production and maintain accuracy of all inventory procedures.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Knowledge of CNC programs, editing, tooling, feed, and speed rates Basic computer knowledge Ability to do simple math calculations Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, memos and blue prints.
Ability to write simple correspondence and fill in required quality forms.
Ability to read and properly use measuring devices, such as micrometers, calipers, go/no-go gages, and other inspection devices as needed High School Diploma or GED required At least 2 years of experience with CNC Swiss Set-up 1st Shift Job Type:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
